The wrong service was done and the owner/ manager is rude. DO NOT go to this establishment.
Update: The managers comment below and listing my full government name shows how ignorant she is. This is not how a business should be ran lying on a customer. So unprofessional and classless. She should not be able to operate a business gaslighting African Women and calling them out of their names. She yelled and cursed at me on the phone, but lied and said it was me. This is so disheartening and pitiful.

Bayfield Pkwy - Afton Ridge Location; Nail Tech ripped off Gel polish caused nail breakage- repeatedly asked to soak nails - her response wait let me see. asked why are you doing this to me? Last time I was here, you were my nail tech. she pointed to left hand finger and said the nail under neath is broken; I asked for another Nail Tech - 2nd Nail Tech- when time to soak fingers in cuticle solution; a nail and water was added for me to soak my hands, pointed out to her and nail was taken out - kept water in cuticle solutions (normally looks like thick hand lotion) she cut side of nails, ask why are you doing - do not cut side of my nail - Silence.
I have been here few times before - service is usually fair; I based this off their societal manufactured conceptions of my person.
People should treat people same way they want to be treated; do you want to have your gel nail polish ripped off your nails and have cuticle solution diluted with cold water using a used dirty sandwich bag with some nail tip in the bag - I do not and wont be going back to any of their locations.

Came in to have pedicure w Gel and manicure w/ SNS. 40 mins total time to do both. Paid close to $100. I may have got there hr before closing but they need to put the customer first and not be arrogant with the treatments and rushed. If you couldn't do both services let the customer know only one can be professionally done. Nails are very thick and needed to be filed down to look more natural. Pedicure was painted on my skin in places. Not very happy with their service at all and will not go back. I will go back to my regular Solan in Salisbury!

I wish there a 'no star' choice. This place sucks. I went in with an appointment and with my mom, front desk girl SUCKED. No welcome and absolutely no help. They're lucky I had a gift certificate because I would not go there by choice again. Over priced and very mid service.

I love this place. Great atmosphere. As anywhere some nail techs are better than others and there are only two that I would not allow to do my nails. I would say as they have gotten busier, sometimes the quality is a bit rushed. Still very nice and otherwise do a really good job.
Front desk is always nice. Salon is clean.
